Acceptance of Terms Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility Entry is open only to individuals aged 18 years.
Exclusions Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, child or step-child (whether natural or adopted), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
Promotion Period Entries open at 9:00am AEDT on 10 November 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 19 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period: a. Visit https://michaelwardlaw.com/christmas-ham-giveaway-to-celebrate-30-year; b. Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page; c. Complete all required fields (including full name, address, phone number, and valid email address); and d. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Entry Limits Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Cost of Entry Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to participate.
Verification The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and property ownership) and to disqualify any individual who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.
Invalid Entries Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Disputes If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Draw Details A total of 30 winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries. Each entry will be assigned a unique number, and a random number generator will be used to determine the 30 winning entries. The draw will take place on 19 December 2025 at the Promoter’s office.
Winner Notification Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.
Promoter’s Decision The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Details Each winner will receive a voucher entitling them to a Christmas ham from Argerys Quality Meats, Chatswood Central Shopping Centre, valued at up to AUD $100. The voucher is valid for 30 days.
Total Prize Pool The total prize pool value is AUD $3,000 (30 prizes x $100 each).
Prize Conditions Prizes (or any unused portion of a prize) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Publicity Consent Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photographs, film, or recordings) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this promotion and any related products or services.

Unclaimed Prizes If a prize remains unclaimed after 7 days from the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
